Did You Know?
Exercise can boost memory retention and decrease stress. This will be extra useful at exam time.
1. Establish a Routine
It's easier to stay in shape if you set up a workout routine. Here's how.
- Set your workout to your fitness level: too easy, it's boring and you'll quite. Too hard, and you'll get discouraged.
- Write down the days, times and places you'll exercise. Keep it fresh! Vary your routine.
- Have proper workout gear: the right shoes provide comfort, power and endurance. The right clothes help regulate temperature -- essential to keep you going.
- Monitor your progress; and give yourself a pat on the back when you do well.
Once your routine is established, it's time to set goals.
