Video Description:Even if you missed the flower power decade, an acid trip may take you there! What are other LSD effects and will you like the psychadelic experience? How does an LSD trip differ from other drugs? Here, the unbiased scoop on lysergic acid diethylamide.Transcript:LSD experienced its heyday in the late 1960s, but even today, 9.7 million Americans have tried it! Lysergic acid diethylamide, also known as LSD and acid, is a man-made drug which acts as a hallucinogen. LSD typically comes as blotter paper or liquid meant to be taken orally. An acid “trip” usually starts thirty minutes after ingestion…and can last up to twelve hours! Every LSD experience is unique, but you'll likely notice a dramatic effect on your senses. For example, you may feel that you “hear” colors and “see” sounds. You'll also experience hallucinations. On occasion, people who take LSD have a “bad trip,” during which they experience nightmarish feelings of anxiety and despair. Another potential drawback is that a few days- or even years-after you use acid, you may experience flashbacks, which are recurrences of your drug experience. The drug has also been linked to periods of insanity in past users. Please remember that it is illegal to use acid in the United States!Category:Alcohol & Drugs/Recreational DrugsTags:lsd, acid trip, LSD Effects, psychedelic, LSD Trip, drugs, lysergic acid diethylamide, acid, acid drug, acid trips
This information isn't exactly wrong, however it is a highly biased viewpoint. If you want to experience something in life, go for direct experience, make your judgement from there. I'm sorry this kind of information is still circling around after over half a century now and such a wealth of research and accurate, unbiased information is available readily if you seek the truth. Take this viewpoint with a grain of salt, just as you might do from the other perspective. Nobody is right except you in the end, but remember to feed your mind and always grow.
